About Us
NSRT is a system that was developed with idea of improving safety in the vehicles used in mining and earth-moving equipment.
With the electronic sense control provided, the safety of vehicles and their operators is enabled to be top priority by monitoring the tilt and roll angles while the vehicle is in use. The NSRT system also enables supervisors to obtain GPS tracking on the vehicle at all times. The NSRT safety system also enables the equipment in use to cut power should the pitch and roll angle of the vehicle exceed what is deemed as safe during use.

Vision
Our current vision for the NSRT System is to provide safety to as many companies using equipment for mining here in South-Africa as possible. We believe in the ability of the NSRT Safety System to prevent unnecessary damage to company assets, but most importantly to prevent the unnecessary loss of life.
Safety
The safety features of this system enable supervisors to obtain GPS tracking on their mining vehicles / earth moving equipment at all times. The in-built alarm and safety system enables the equipment in use to cut power should the pitch and roll angle of the vehicle exceed what is pre-determined as safe.

Why the User Interaction Display is important
This screen will display the real time roll and pitch angles of the vehicle while the vehicle is in use. It is a touch-screen display that interacts between all the functions of the ECSM. With this screen, the roll and pitch angles of the vehicle can be set. The display also allows for the registering of phone numbers to receive the necessary SMSes should the third alarm be activated.

This ECSM system works with a touch screen display and a roof antenna that is vandal proof.
A Safety Feature: GPS Coordinates
The machine is always monitoring the vehicle’s roll and pitch angles. It is installed with a SIM card, enabling the GPS coordinates to always be readily available.
How the Safety Alarms Work
The ECMS has three alarms. When these alarms are activated because of dangerous, severe or invalid roll and pitch angels, the ECSM will readjust these angles for the vehicle, keeping the vehicle and its driver safe.
The Greatest Safety Aspect
If the third alarm is activated, an SMS is sent to the relevant registered numbers. This SMS will provide the angles as well as the GPS coordinates of the vehicle in question. An SMS is only sent out if the highest level alarm has been triggered. We do strongly advise that the GPS fix be installed with the ECSM for this very purpose, ensuring the upmost safety of the vehicle and its operator.
The Machine Cuts Power To The Vehicle
Should the highest alarm be activated, the ECSM will cut power to the vehicle and further movement will be ceased until a supervisor has intervened and re-established safety of the situation.
